- Post Incident Reviews (PIRs): PIRs of previous service issues are now available on the page, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
- Extended PIR Retention: PIRs are now retained for five years, ensuring access to historical information.
- Personalized Dashboard: Users can create personalized dashboards to track active incidents, planned maintenance, and health advisories that are relevant to their services.
